United States Congressman rallies for Parkinson

SAINT CHARLES–On Friday, January 18th, Mark Parkinson will be having a rally for supporters and local residents free of charge. In attendance will be United States Congressman Todd Akin.

“Congressman Akin is a great man and a true Conservative. He represents Conservative values of St. Charles County in Washington D.C, the same way that I will in Jefferson City.” stated Parkinson.

The event will take place at the Columns Banquet Center, located at 711 Veterans Memorial Parkway in Saint Charles, from 7 - 9pm. Voluntary donations will be accepted at the door.

Parkinson, a lifelong resident of Saint Charles, is the Republican Candidate in the February 5 special election. Mark will face off against Democrat Tom Fann of St. Peters.

MISSOURI RIGHT TO LIFE ENDORSES MARK PARKINSON
Parkinson Sole Endorsee in Special Election

SAINT CHARLES–Mark Parkinson, Republican Candidate for State Representative, received the Missouri Right to Life PAC endorsement on Monday. In a letter, Missouri Right to Life states that Mark, “is the only candidate in [his] race who will be an effective voice for the protection of innocent human life.”

“I am honored to be selected as the only candidate endorsed by the Missouri Right to Life PAC. I believe that the unborn need to have a voice at the table, and I will be there for them in Jefferson City.” stated Parkinson.

Parkinson added, “With over 250,000 pro-life citizens in Missouri, I am proud to represent the pro-life majority in the 16th district and all throughout Saint Charles County.”

MEET THE CANDIDATE - TO RAISE TOYS FOR TOTS


Parkinson Open House Admission: Toys

SAINT CHARLES–Mark Parkinson, Republican Candidate for State Representative, is holding an open house on December 16, 2007 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Instead of a monetary contribution, the admission to this meet the candidate event is a toy, which will be donated to Toys for Tots.

“The Christmas season is about giving and spreading hope to all. This is a great way to raise gifts for children who otherwise wouldn't wake up to presents under their tree,” stated Parkinson.

Parkinson added, “According to Toys for Tots, last year they delivered more than 19.2 million toys to over 7.6 million children. I can’t think of a better way to introduce myself to the public, while giving children a positive memory for a lifetime.”

The open house to meet Mark Parkinson will be held at his house, located at: 3429 Indiana Avenue, Saint Charles, MO 63303.

Parkinson is the Republican candidate in the Special Election, called by the Governor, for February 5th, 2008.
